Overview

Direct deposits are a major driver of account growth and profitability — but switching them to a new financial services provider is a hassle for employees and providers alike. The experience is high-friction, dated, and prone to manual errors and fraud.

Atomic's connector platform automates that switch. My work focused on building and maintaining the JavaScript connectors that interface with payroll providers, plus the real-time monitoring layer that surfaces breakage before it costs conversion.

What I worked on

  • JavaScript connector engineering
  • DOM inspection & reverse engineering
  • DataDog real-time monitoring
  • UI refactor for dev velocity
  • End-user conversion

I had the pleasure of working alongside Xavier at Atomic Fi, where he served as a software engineer. Xavier's professionalism and collaborative approach made him an invaluable asset to our projects for a stacked list of clients. His dedication to excellence and strong problem-solving skills consistently impressed me, and he always maintained a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Xavier's contributions significantly enhanced our team's success, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any endeavor he pursues.
