I'm a front-end engineer and technical program manager based in Salt Lake City. I've spent the last four-plus years shipping production interfaces across FinTech and Ecommerce: from a reusable Blazor component library adopted across Prestige Financial's internal products, to JavaScript connectors at Atomic Financial that drove 20–35% conversion rate increases, to Shopify storefront debugging at Rebuy Engine where I traced customer-reported issues across JS, CSS, and third-party scripts in Chrome DevTools.

Today I'm on the AI & Knowledge Systems team at Tesla, supporting two lines of business: Finance (Collections and Payment Resolution) and Ecommerce (cross-border fulfillment across LATAM markets). I designed a structured SOP and article system that measurably reduced routine escalations and compressed median channel resolution time, freeing specialists to focus on higher-complexity, authority-dependent cases. To keep that content alive, I architected a local TypeScript multi-agent orchestration system (eight specialist agents, six runtime hooks, GitHub Copilot SDK integration) that automates knowledge generation, frontmatter validation, and file classification, with a continuous intelligence loop pulling from Power BI dashboards, Teams channels, and targeted API calls.

I hold a Certified Project Management Professional credential from the University of Utah, a UX Specialist certification, and a Full Stack JavaScript Engineering certification, and I lean on all three. I care about clear technical writing, accessibility, and translating diagnostics into decisions that non-engineers can act on.
